They were completely unresponsive. And after the guy came out to do the free consultation, I never heard anything back.

The are fine. I think they are a little high but they are very good and highly professional. They were very prompt, courteous, and clear explanations.

Great! They were prompt and courteous and efficient. Ants were gone within a day. Well worth the money.

Technician sprayed both inside and out. While in crawl space he inspected for termites. None found. I actually ended up signing up for automatic visits for treatments to prevent spiders and termites.

Thorough and honest and free. Even discouraged me from having the work done until I handled some future work on the building. Linwood came right out and was very helpful. It gave me insight on the issues and peace of mind. Can't really speak more highly of the service he offered free of charge. Good people.

They did a good job. Everything turned out great. We did not have any issues.

For the last 10 weeks, I have not been able to schedule reliable appointments due to unresponsive office staff. Without an appointment, the service is practically useless, since tech cannot get into the house when I am not here (which is likely if I do not expect him). Nevertheless, Intrastate continues to bill me. y This week I left an email message to office staff insisting that they call me to set up an appointment. Previous phone call attempts had failed repeatedly. The email I sent got no response. Office staff have habitually left the phone unattended, with no voice mail or other ways to leave a message. There is an e-mail address, but messages are ignored. Late this afternoon I tried another phone call and someone answered the phone. I set up a service appointment for next week. Intrastate is on probation with me. If they fail in any way to respond with full reliability to future scheduling attempts, I will drop them and find another service. I should have done this weeks ago. I have received satisfactory service from Intrastate for over 5 years, which explains my patience with their recent negligence. However, I cannot recommend this company to new customers. Michael Sullivan

We bought a house a year ago that we knew had had a termite issue that had been dealt with several years before. We wanted to have the house checked again just to make sure everything was still OK. Intrastate said they'd be happy to come out to do a "peace of mind" check and at no charge. They were on time, friendly, helpful, and thorough, and everything checked out just fine!

They treated around the exterior foundation of the home and around sunken wooden posts supporting the decks. Everything appeared to go well. Took about 2 hours.

Intrastate did a wonderful job, reliable, he's here the same time every month, he knows the drill, its the same guy that shows up every three months, he knows if I'm home and if I'm not home. You'd be amazed, trust me, If I have a problem and I gave them the problem, the guy comes the next day, they're very professional, very polite, the guy has a great job.

Went great. The crew came, took care of business and took care of the mess. There was a slight issue when they removed a vent that was installed under the crawl space without asking. (It was part of the radon abatement system and had to be re-installed.) Otherwise, it went fine.

We tried different insecticides for more than a week. Intrastate came within an hour of my calling. Grandchildren were visiting and running around the yard. Gentleman from Intra explained what he planned to do, product he uses, effects and guarantees. He also asked for our approval BEFORE beginning work. He was very quick, efficient and professional. We have recommended their services to several friends.

Service provider gave excellent information re. roaches. Provider looked for existing roaches and wanted to know exactly what bugs I saw in my home. Svc. technician provided costs of various treatments they offer. Provider did not try to pressure/scare me into immediate treatment.

I received a call back that someone from the Augusta County office would contact me. I never received a call back.

They have two divisions: pest control service and mold remediation service. Their price was competitive and the scheduling was convenient. Their work was satisfactory.

Their prices are reasonable. My experience with them has been very good. If you have an issue pops up in between sprays, they’ll come back and take care of it. They are very reliable. They seem know what they’re doing as far as using the right sprays and identifying any pest or bugs that you might have. I would definitely recommend them. When they came up for a figure for the termite inspection, they took into account that we use them for other services and they were definitely less than other companies. They are very fair pricing wise.

Techs are all good. My problem is the management, secretary is not friendly nor knowledgeable about products or needs and there is never anyone there to answer your questions. Jerry, the manager is the worst, IF he calls you back he completely blows you off like you are holding him up and just talk`s to you like you are supposed to KNOW the answer already. Tech`s also have attitudes due to Jerry, he treats them like garbage. He is just not a nice man!

I thought we might have termites, but the inspector said they were only winged ants. He then took a good look around the house and said we didn't have any problems. He also made suggestions for how to avoid termite problems in the future. This was a free inspection.

They are very professional. They do their job professionally. They are polite and just got the job done.

The three men we dealt with were very professional and did a great job. All went well.

They were very rude. He never returned my phone calls. Then all of a sudden he did and wanted to do the work.

We had apartments that were overrun with roaches. We tried two different companies that were unable to eliminate, or really even slow down the roaches. Intrastate came in and did a "cleanout", which took care of 95% of the problem. Over the next several months, they got rid of the rest. We've been very happy.

Intrastate Service Co Inc has a good reputation with me. They are responsive and they were absolutely willing to work with me on a solution regarding the work that I wanted to pay for. Their punctuality and professionalism were excellent.

I came home from a weekend out of town to discover that a large section of wall near my ceiling had become moldy. I called Interstate and made an appointment for their workers to come by to see if they were able to discover what had caused the problem. They showed up as promised and determined there were no plumbing problems and that the mold was most-likely due to a particularly humid few days combined with the fact that the air conditioning duct was behind the wall. I wasn't in a big rush to get the problem fixed, but they came back with an estimate within about a week and we arranged for the work to be done a week or so later. Their workman was on time, professional and did a good job in a short period of time.
