It’s all worked out beautifully and he did a fine job. Like any contractor, they had to use sub-contractors were excellent (plumbers, electricians and carpenters). The whole experience was very, very nice. His prices were very reasonable and took a lot of interest and tried to maintain the budget. Everything was pretty much on time. We started in June 2014 and moved along until completion. They were very mindful of our property and I can’t think of one thing that went wrong. He was a decent fellow all along the way with plenty of patience. We live in a historic district and the city held us up a couple times, but we all worked together and they approved of everything each step of the way.
