The siding had a LOT of mildew and parts were very dark.  Mr. Thomas used two different cleanersm one to deter further mildew and another to clean the surface. He came in the afternoon, as requested.  The job took two afternoons, but when he left, the house looked as if it had just been painted.

He did an outstanding job powerwashing the house.  His attention to detail was outstanding.  Very professional and hard working.  We hired him to paint the exterior based primarily on his work ethic.  I would definitely recommend him.
