They were very friendly and professional in the beginning. After the process began it seemed as though the level of respect we received lessened dramatically. The loan processor failed to explain details thoroughly. They postponed closing three times, when we went to closing, they still had not told us how much cash to bring. After we signed all of the documents and went and got a check from the bank, they changed some conditions postponing it even further. I felt as though they took us for granted once they knew they had our business. I would not use them again and would not recommend them again.
