Description of Work: The Zemon Team at Greenwood Lending helped us secure our first home loan! Jenna was our main contact and was remarkable in her follow up and professionalism. I will say that the company they work with, Summit Lending out of CA, is extremely thorough (to say the least) for every little detail but that is to be expected in today's lending environment. They got us a great rate and a beautiful home and we will be forever grateful for the impact they have made on our lives!

 + -1 moreThey were very friendly and professional in the beginning. After the process began it seemed as though the level of respect we received lessened dramatically. The loan processor failed to explain details thoroughly. They postponed closing three times, when we went to closing, they still had not told us how much cash to bring. After we signed all of the documents and went and got a check from the bank, they changed some conditions postponing it even further. I felt as though they took us for granted once they knew they had our business. I would not use them again and would not recommend them again.
