 + -1 moreSadly, the work was of high quality. THe spendign on subs and other things was not. He was nto very organized and when on a roll got trmendous amoutns done. But if anythign delayed, then it ground to a halt for weeks on end.
Description of Work: Being a contractor for building our guesthouse/garage. Took twice as long as quoted and never finished. Also he issued checks that bounced to his subs. We gave him lots of chances to finish but he never did.
