I just walked in with my Stilh grass trimmer to ask for their help with feeding the nylon line into the mowing head. They were more than happy to help and JD (who I think was the owner) kept trying to fix it even when more customers were coming in the front door. (Luckily, there were other employees to help them). I couldn't believe how patient JD was. He eventually got everything fixed and I went on my merry way. Great Place! Side note: It was nice to see that it wasn't just me having difficulty with the nylon line. JD worked on it for quite awhile before everything came together.

They did a really nice job. My only concern was that I needed the work done fairly quickly. When they picked it up, I wasn't informed of any backup or such. When I hadn't heard anything after a week, I called, and was told it would be three weeks (two more weeks) until they got to look at it. After I complained, the work was completed in another two or three workdays, which I thought was great. The work was of high quality and the fee was fair.

This company is wonderful.  They were very responsive, friendly, down-to-earth people.  You could tell that they are a hard-working and honest group of business people who aren't out to rip you off.  There are some other businesses of this type in Charlottesville that I wouldn't dream of patronizing.  Gingerich is top notch!
Even though it was prime lawnmower kickoff season (which I completely understood), they were able to give me an estimate for the repairs in two weeks.  It took about another two weeks to order the parts and complete the repairs, which was fine with me because I was not in a HUGE hurry.  Thanks guys!!!
