Exterior utility room

I called and asked to speak with someone about getting an estimate on a job. He seemed generally disinterested but spoke with me. I gave him some of the details and explained that we had two estimates on the job and are seeking a third - it's not a small job and I wanted to make sure I went with someone who I felt good about.
When he heard we already had two estimates, he quite literally laughed. For a long time. And said, "What do you want a third estimate for?"
We're renovating our house and no other contractors of any kind have ever blinked when we said we're getting more than one estimate. I feel it's pretty standard practice to shop around for bigger jobs. Apparently George feels otherwise.
i was so thrown off - we're a young couple working on our first renovation, and every contractor we've worked with so far, or even contacted for an estimate, has been so kind and generous with their knowledge and expertise. It was disheartening to come across someone so rude and unhelpful.
So, pretty obviously we did not move forward with this provider. In fact, I kind of hung up on him.

Excellent job--prompt and more importantly was very knowledgeable.
Prior plumbers had no idea how to install/troubleshoot a tankless hot water heater.
Mr. Hensley has extensive experience and was able to identify some areas of improper installation.

Everything went very well. We will have to schedule a return visit to finish the job after some sheetrock work. I look forward to working with them in the future.

They were very professional and did a great job. They were prompt and punctual. No time was wasted during the job. In less than 3 hours, they were done; cleaned up after themselves; and were gone. Price was very reasonable. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely use them again.
