Worst experience with mechanics ever, in 40+ years of driving. Misdiagnosed the problem twice, did not accept responsibility for the issues, owner was extremely rude, put me at risk of being stranded on the highway. Please see the full story on my yelp review, here: [*** Link removed ***]

Terrible. Stay far, far away from this place. This was a large job for a head gasket replacement. I went there on recommendation of friends and because they quoted the lowest price. Huge mistake. I had to leave my car there for several days and get a rental (typical for this repair, I understand). I paid $1,800 for the repair work. They told me it would burn off oil for a little while. After it didn't stop after a couple months, I took it back. They said "whoever did your head gasket replacement, messed up your car." I said "that was you." They said "no it couldn't have been." I said look up my account. Nope, we don't keep any paperwork. So I went home and found my receipts and took it back in to prove that they had done the work. I left the car, they said it was nothing wrong with it and it would burn off. (????) I got insanely busy with work and didn't have time to take in in again. Until I finally was between jobs and took it to the Subaru dealer and another local shop in town, who BOTH told me that the head gasket needed replacement. The other local shop said there was evidence that the work was never done. He took off the head gasket and showed it to me and said there was no way that part was new less than a year ago. I had to pay another $2, 400 to have the entire repair done again (plus the hassle of being without a car and paying for a rental for days). I sent a letter to Garry's requesting a refund with no response. Don't go here. You will regret it.

I have been using these guys for over 10 years. As always, they were able to diagnose the issues with my truck and repair them promptly and at a reasonable cost.

Very friendly, quick service (I didn't have an appointment but got right in). Serviced my car there for 10 years, with never a problem. A bit pricey, but well worth every penny.

I really like them. I've been using them for about three years. They were responsive when I went in. One time I went in for an oil change and they told me I didn't need it because my oil was still clean. I appreciated that because sometimes people will do it anyway just to get the money.
