"As the owner of EnviroSmarte, I must clarify the situation. I have actually never met this person. At the time of sale, in her home, a representative acted as liaison between myself and this customer. I informed the representative about the need to clear some branches before delivery. The representative also said the customer insisted on a salt water system for the swimspa since she was already using one on her existing above ground pool. I informed the representative of what came standard on the swimspa, but she was insistent on the salt system even after my expressed concerns. The complete swimspa with all options and accessories requested was delivered as promised. When our delivery crew went to install the salt system that was specifically ordered for this job, the customer refused. Since this was a special order for the customer and is clearly specified in the sales order that the representative had the customer sign, there are no refunds on special order items such as this. We will continue to support this customer with any future questions as we have for all our customers in the Charlottoesville/Albemarle area."
