+ -1 moreYou have the details elsewhere. But I have a list of almost 60 things that were done poorly (at best) and two other contractors have suggested we tear out everything Earthworks did and start over. His framing failed inspections.
Description of Work: Earthworks took a working house and destroyed it, failing to do anything correctly, ruining the HVAC system, unable to even level a new floor, using the wrong breakers for the wiring he chose, using drywall screws instead of wood screws.. Do not hire these people.
