Downtown Detail

Dropped off my work vehicle.  I was then driven to work.  Picked it up later that day and all went as expected.

I've used Downtown Detail before and intended to again this fall (I get my car detailed every fall, in prep for the winter). I know he does good work. I saw that he was offering a deal through Angie's List, so I purchased that. I was figuring he'd be swamped and it might take a while to get on the calendar, but he responded in a couple days and we scheduled for the next day. I dropped off the car and it was ready when we had agreed. Looks great.

I accepted an Angies list special promotion for auto detailing.  The vendor and I made an appointment for Vinny to do the work.  He never showed up or even called.  I sent him an email and left a voice mail as well.  I just spoke with him about a refund and he said he lost his license and Angies List won't release his money so he can't refund me.  Thanks for the special promo offer Angie!  Angie, you need to help on this as far as I am concerned.

It could not have been better. The car was beautiful both inside and out. Not a trace of dirt or debris anywhere. Vinnie really understands detailing and his skills exceed any detailer that we have used in the past. His prices are reasonable and he uses only the top of the line products. I highly recommend him based upon our experience. We will certainly use him again.

This is the first time I have used a detailing service. I chose Downtown Detail because of other positive reviews on Angie's List. I contacted the owner and left a message. He responded within a couple of hours. We set up an appointment for the next morning. In the morning, he gave me a call and we set a meeting place within a block of my office. He was there as scheduled and I showed him my car. He drove his truck to my car and did the work right there in the parking lot. It doesn't get more convenient than that.
I was very pleased with the results of Downtown Detail's work. Many of the scratches on my car were buffed out and scratches that were too deep to buff out were less apparent due to the quality buffing and waxing of the entire car. The inside of my car was thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. He even found items under the seats that I had long forgotten about and missed in previous cleanings. When he was done, he gave me a call and showed off his work. He was very proud of it as he should have been. It was excellent. Before he left, he gave me tips on how to better maintain the exterior of my car on my own and between detailing appointments.
I am glad to recommend Downtown Detail and I will be using them again.

Timely, economical and professional

The owner came to our site. He needed an electrical outlet. He assessed the situation, gave us an estimate, and worked for about two hours. The vehicle looked and smelled much better and was well worth the $65 he charged me.

I couldn?t be happier with my experience. I was having trouble getting through to the companies phone so I sent them an email (after getting much higher quotes from other places I really wanted to get in touch with this company to see if their advertised prices were real!). Dijuan got back to me very quickly and was at my house 30 minutes after we spoke. He brought everything he needed and only asked for an outlet and a hose. He worked on the car for over 3 hours and left it looking absolutely amazing. He told me he would be having deal on living social soon, but I think his price is already incredible compared to all the other places in town. My husband will not recognize his car!
