Once a year, I would find a card stuck in the door, indicating that no termites were found. They never inspected inside the house nor did I know if they treated any areas on the outside.This year I asked for the owner to call me so we could discuss what Dodson was actually doing at our house-he never called. I have now switched to another company.

Very easy to work with

The pest control technicians are pretty good. they don't always show when they say they will, but are good about calling to reschedule and adjust expectations. They seem to do an adequate job laying down chemicals and we have had no major bug problems.
Where Dodson Bros. completely and utterly fails is in customer service at the office level. Lisa, who handles all inquiries about scheduling and billing, is impossible to work with or get a straight answer from. Numerous confusions regarding billing, failures to post payments--none of it is ever their fault, and Lisa is incapable of being of assistance.
She is combative, evasive, and falls back constantly on the old dodge of "I can only do what corporate allows me to do." This extends to things like not looking to see why my bank says Dodson drew down funds from my account but they did not post them to my Dodson account. She claims she can't look into that from her end until we prove we have paid by sending her our bank statement. Apparently it is not in her interest to check to see whether they have committed an error. Despite having had a contract with them for years, this last interaction with Lisa is leading us to switch our business to another firm. I just don't have time to spend double-checking on their billing and frequently dealing with difficulties.

We have 3-4 contracts with this business, and we expected that all areas would be checked during the visit. However, the inspector only had instructions for one of the services, and I was asked to re-contact them to set up another inspection visit for the other areas. The business did not combine services into one bundled visit, which could have saved time and money.

They were very good. I originally called them for help with a yellow jacket problem. Then I contracted with them for service on termites. It was very good. I would highly recommend them.

I have a yearly contract with them and they come every other month. It is excellent service.

They are great. They are nice and helpful. They come yearly.

They do a good job for us, and will use them again in the future.
