 + 1 moreWe were very pleased and his pricing was very reasonable; we paid $60 hourly. He was very dependable and showed up when you wanted him to and when he said he would. He did a good job and was surprisingly eager to please; he would ask if I was satisfied with a particular segment of work that he did. I rate him excellent overall and will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used David Douglas of Dedicated and Dependable Home Maintenance to paint and partially remodel a room when we moved into our new house four years ago. He also did household repairs to prepare our new home for us to move in.
