"It is our sincere desire to return every deposit to each resident in full. We offer in person walk thru inspections at move in and move out. We have cleaning instructions on our website and a list of cleaning charges is provided with the lease when people move in. Each resident is also given a move in inspection report to complete at move in. We fully document the condition at move out with photos that are provided at the request of the tenant. We work to provide professional service to each of our residents and owners while fairly enforcing the lease conditions and requirements. We have been managing property in the Charlottesville area since 1982 and will continue to assist our renters and owners in their rental experience."
