Description of Work: Service was as stated, they were accurate on the "time" to repair the clock--delayed by illness of employee--two months. Clock works well, had sentimental value, or I might not have paid this much to have it repaired. Clock shop doesn't have an answering machine or way to contact them (website) during non standard hours. And they sometimes closed a little early.

 + -1 moreIt was kind of an old school place and it was simple. They knew their expertise and I think I got my clock back in less than a week. They were knowledgeable and they were able to explain you know don't do this with it, do that if this happens back. They are little bit high on price, but not unreasonable.
Description of Work: I used Clock Shop of Virginia where I purchased a clock and I had an issue with it and that was probably about five years ago.
