 + -1 moreThat was in August, 2016. It's now April 30th and we don't have the chairs back. Every time we call, they say "we'll check on it." No one ever returns our calls. They seem to just want us to go away. After eight months, we want our chairs back. Absolutely terrible service!
Description of Work: We purchased lawn furniture from Classic Furniture about 8 years ago. Last summer we took two of the chairs in to have worn fabric replaced. After several weeks, we called to see if they were ready. After some time they reported the chairs were still in their store and that we needed to come by and select replacement fabric. When we got to the store it took more than half an hour to locate the chairs. We selected the new fabric.

Description of Work: We bought a number of pieces of stickley furniture. One chair had mis-sized cushions and we tried for almost two years to get this sorted out. We finally gave up and returned the chair, which they took back very reluctantly.
