First is the correct diagnosis and treatment of allergy or respiratory conditions, and second is the whole-hearted commitment to our patient's health and well-being. Dr Arvind Madaan is fellowship trained from Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and has been listed in the Guide to America's Top Physicians. He is the Chair of the Cough Committee of AAAAI and has served as an ACE (Anaphylaxis Community Expert) with non-profit AANMA. In the meantime, please read these tips and advice recommended to ease or avoid allergy symptoms: Do a thorough spring cleaningwindows, book shelves and air conditioning vents collect dust and mold throughout the winter that can provoke allergy symptoms Minimize outdoor activity when pollen counts are high. Peak pollen times are usually between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Get up-to-date pollen information for your area at our website (via pollen.com widget) Take medications at least 30 minutes prior to outdoor activity. Consult with an allergist/immunologist to ensure medications are helping you and notify an allergist/immunologist when reactions to medications occur Shut windows in your house on days pollen counts are high. Avoid using windows or fans that may draw pollen inside Wash bedding weekly in hot water Dry laundry indoors. Sheets hanging on an outside line are an easy target for blowing pollen Shower and wash your hair before bedpollen can collect Keep pets off of furniture and out of the bedroom. Pollen can cling to the dog or cat after being outside Keep car windows closed during peak season. The worst part of the practice is its billing system. When I questioned about duplicate charges I didn't get a satisfactory answer. After cross-referencing statements I received and the practice's billing statements, it turned out that charges to me were accurate but I don't think anyone should spend that much time reviewing the accuracy of the statements. I now get my allergy shots at a different office. When the new doctor's office requested my chart from CARE, the chart was not sent promptly and some information were missing; my treatment was delayed by three+ weeks. At the new office, I get all shots in one visit, every four weeks, and also have lower co-pay.
