We left a note with the cost of service in an envelope on the kitchen table. This was great because when we got home the cats were already here and Carmen had already been paid. Done. We called to let her know we were home and she gave a report about everybody's behavior, which was good. Our cats were well-fed and happy when we got home. Carmen even brought in the newspapers and the mail, which I did forget. We will be using her again on our next trip and I highly recommend her.

We hired Carmen because we had just combined three cats into one household and there was a lot of hissing, plus two different food routines and one indoor/outdoor cat. Carmen came by to meet the cats and learn their routines, then came daily to feed them, clean their boxes, and give them some love. I'm not sure what sort of magic she worked, but not only were all three of them happy when we came home after four nights away, but they're all happy to be in the same room now.

Carmen is an experienced pet walker and has house sat about five times now--from a few days to a week. The pets get lots of attention and I get almost daily text messages and some photos. She leaves the house neat and has a and quot;reportand quot; for the pets on how they did.

Carmen is great! She will email or text when she arrives at the house as well as send a picture of my pet. My pet gets lots of hugs and attention while she is with him as well as plenty of walking time. He is able to stay on him normal routine, which is important with any pet so there less stress for everyone. She leaves a and quot;report cardand quot; before she leaves for the day. She is well prepared for emergencies and very professional. She takes her job very seriously.

Update...I continue to use Carmen for pet sitting and couldn't be more happy, as well as having a happy pet. Highly recommended.
