At every stage of this transaction Beth and her associates showed a high level of knowledge and professionalism. Despite some glitches in timing through no fault of hers she was flexible and agreeable. I had never done anything like this and she explained all steps fully and told me what to expect. After it was over, she reported fully on what was done and I think she obtained the best result possible. During this difficult time for me, she was mindful of my feelings and sympathetic to my needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her company highly.

little worried about how this process would be accomplished. We met Beth for a walk through of the house and from that point on we knew she was both capable and experienced enough to handle what every came up. Excellent! Beth is extremely thorough. She found personal items we'd left in the home and asked us what we wanted to do with them. The sale was very productive and there were very few items that didn't sell. Beth and her team donated items that would not bring much money and the coupe items she felt were left that would be worth selling she found other avenues to sell them. Beth finished everything in a timely manner. We had our check, tax forms for items donated and itemized spreadsheet of more expensive items that sold within a week!

Beth and her team at Canterbury were fantastic! We were dealing with a wide variety of collectibles, household goods, books and electronics, many of which were obscure, and determining their value was complicated. Beth did extensive research and was able to properly identify the items which resulted in us getting top dollar for things we never would have been able to properly identify, price and sell ourselves. We live out of state, so the team at Canterbury were our eyes and ears during this entire process. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. Thanks to their professionalism, organization and expertise, they took the burden off our shoulders and obtained results we never thought possible. They sorted through rooms and rooms filled with years worth of personal items and collectibles to find things of value and discard the trash. They accomplished in weeks what would have taken us months, if not years, to complete. Wow! Beth and her team are the consummate professionals. They know their business inside/out. They communicate in detail with regard to their planning for the sale. They spend days organizing and displaying the items to be sold. We were amazed at the amount of planning and effort that goes into preparing for a sale and the marketing of the sale to prospective buyers. Do not be dissuaded by what initially may seem like a high commission percentage-Beth and her folks earned every penny of their share of the proceeds from the sale. We consider their fee a bargain given the sheer amount of work that they did and the skill and professionalism with which they did it. In addition, they saved us the hassle of trying to sell a houseful of stuff ourselves or donating it to charity. By the way, Beth and everyone on her team all also extremely nice people and were a pleasure to work with.
