C'Ville Auto Body

It went very well. My appointment was for 8:00am on Thursday January 12th, 2017. My car was repaired and ready to drive away by 9:30am on Friday January 13th, 2017! The paint match was perfect and the car was clean and neat. I heartily endorse the work done by the shop and the friendly help given to me by Bobby Cox and his technician Eric.

It went extremely well. I was told the car would be done by the next morning and it was. Not only that, I was told where to go to rent a car at a very reasonable price. My car looked like it did before the damage!! i wouldn't hesitate to go there again if my car needed body work. I also would highly recommend them to other people.

Because my car is nearly twenty years old, the insurer declared the vehicle scrap and paid me only the Kelly Blue Book value, hundreds of dollars less than the cost of the repair, and thousands of dollars less than the real value to me of this car.
Bobby at C'ville Auto Body provided excellent advice  on:  1) keeping the vehicle because of its good mechanical condition and years more of use; 2) searching various nearby states to find a new door replacement (eventually bringing it from the West Coast!); and 3)  economizing wherever he could throughout the replacement process so the insurance reimbursement "stretched" to cover the repair.
Excellent rating for:  attentive,friendly customer service; detailed, honest and fair quotation at the start of the process; regular updates on progress of the repair; on-time return of my vehicle; and excellent craftsmanship in the work.  I cannot recommend C'ville Auto Body highly enough.  Not only was this "'above and beyond" in terms of customer care, the quality of the final result is superb:  the car hasn't looked so good in a decade!

C'Ville Auto Body were very good. It could have been a much more expensive repair, but they went out of their way to show me other options and ways they could do it to lessen the cost. They did it really quickly and really well. They are by far the best price and the most customer friendly that I have found in Charlottesville. I would definitely use them in the future if I needed to.
