'I've been using Brunton and Hicks for at least 20 years now and I think they're great. I wish I'd known about them right from the time I bought my house. After having awful experiences with a couple of other plumbers, I remember that I even phoned the Burnton and Hicks office directly after their visit to say how happy and surprised I was with their level of service. I got an appointment quickly, they arrived exactly when they said they would, were very polite and fast, didn't show up drunk or track mud all over my house or slam equipment into my furniture as did the previous "plumbers" I hired, fixed the problem, and sent me a bill I thought was reasonable. I've had that same experience ever since for all my plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning issues.
Like most people I work, and working people don't have time to sit around at home for hours and hours--or days-- waiting for a service person to show up after an appointment is made. I have never, EVER had that experience with Brunton and Hicks. I can't recommend them highly enough.
