It was wonderful. I think they have a wonderful therapist and that's the number one reason I go there. It certainly helps that it's also beautiful and its very lovely driving in there but the number one reason for me to go there is the quality of the therapist. Someone told me that it is impossible to get in there but I've never had a problem. I guess it depends on how much time we give them. They've always been really helpful and courteous and they make sure I get the person I want. I would rate them highly overall because I haven't had a bad experience there.

They have ample machinery for cardiovascular exercise and weight lifting. They also have good exercise classes. They have a wide variety of physical trainers who are very knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future.
