A contractor had made a huge mess in a house we had for sale. It was a horrible mess, dry wall mud and dust everywhere, trash... just a huge mess. We needed a fast cleaning for the appraisal. I emailed the owner on a sunday hoping someone was checking. She called me back, we met that afternoon. even though it was the week of Thanksgiving, she and her crew performed the cleaning after hours over the next two days. The cleaning required masks and gloves. but they did it. They were fast, all were friendly, but most of all they did an awesome job on short notice. the buyers agent was very impressed.
