I've been buying a lot of parts for my car from them for several years.  It's really easy to order from them and they have frequent sales.  I tend to shop the sales whenever I see anything that I respect that I might need.  Usually they ship me quickly but sometimes the stuff is back ordered for months and months.  It's usually easy to get the parts in, except when they don't have it and then the back orders can take a long time.  I've only ordered online so I haven't talked to any of their representatives.
