The energy retrofit is also awesome. You can run your hand along the window sills and frames and no longer feel any sort of breeze. Same with the front door where I used to leave a towel in the winter to stop the heavy wind flow. Nothing comes thru now. Best thing is the place is so snug that I no longer seem to have the great variance in temperatures between the 3 floors.
