We have had several repairs done by this jeweler and they have all been exactly as expected.  The service is a little relaxed but we are from LA and this is a more rural, laid back city so that is par for the course out here.  You have to do the following up but the work is done well, if they cannot do the work they are honest and will send it out (one of our items had to be sent to Manhattan) and the price is VERY reasonable for sending work off-site.  Most everything is done right in house.  I was shocked that I brought my expensive watch to them and it was only $5 for the battery change (battery AND labor) when I had been paying $25-30 everywhere else.  We will definitely continue taking our jewelry to this jeweler!
