Thoroughly professional. Only did the work that was necessary. Did the work within the budget initially quoted and on time. The thing that I really found helpful was that they did all the work necessary to remediate the mold, repair the leak and return the house to an its original state (dry wall, Painting, ETC.)

We had a water line burst in our home and needed to test for and remediate any mold found. David was friendly, on time, and did exactly what he promised he would. Very fairly priced. Would recommend to others and use again.

They were able to address the problem the next day. David kept in communication constantly, managed my expectations well. There was a power outage in the middle of the job and they did what they could and gave me options in case the power stayed off. Fortunately it came back on so they could finish. Couldn't have been better customer service.

I hired David Borschardt to come to my home to conduct mold testing on 10/5/16. I paid him in full-- $345.00--for the testing. He has subsequently cashed this check. He promised that he would email me the report the following week. We have never received this report. I have left many messages on his cell phone and emailed him several times through his website portal. He literally never answers his phone. While David was here, he recommended that we drill a hole in a freshly painted wall so he could test for moisture behind it. Now I have to have my wall repaired and repainted and I have no mold report to show for all of this hassle and expense. I urge all fellow home owners to avoid this business! They are dishonest.

Work performed September 2014. David provided timely service, both testing for and subsequently removing basement mold ($2,136). Personalized service (one man team) and fair price. Highly recommended, particularly as David sought ways to minimize our costs.
