In my experience, Ace charges premium prices but fails to deliver on basic commitments. In my experience, Ace failed to communicate critical information and lacked expertise in matters it claimed to have vast experience. While the ultimate quality of its work was OK, its costs are wildly disproportionate.
Moreover, Ace is incapable of accepting responsibility for time delays and cost overruns. It trivializes and dismisses the complaints of homeowners when called out for its management failures.
If you need plaster work in your home, stay away from Ace Contracting.
