A PLUS PRESSURE WASHING

Contractor worked four half days, partially completing the first phase of the project. After that, he demanded payment of 60 percent of the project bid. We paid him 40 percent. He refused to complete the project, leaving us to find a new contractor post haste because the protective finish of the structure was largely removed.

.He did a terrible job. Everyone beware of this guy as he took us for about $3200.00 and then skipped town. We had to have someone else come in and do it all over again as he didn't even tape up the windows. He can sure talk a good game but he was horrible. He watered down the paint and it would look good right then and then two days later you look at it and go oh man it was a total rip off. He came for maybe an hour the first  day and then a couple hours on the  next couple of  days. Maybe I should of been standing over him watching him do the job but I was so busy  but when I was not looking but he may have done  maybe $300  worth of work but he sure took us for a lot more. I even talked to a lawyer but it  would have cost me more then what I paid for  the job. So I wanted it put on Angies List. Just beware as he is not honest at all . He has a whole website and still has people hiring him. He did a job of supposablly to remove the mildrew and of course it  didn't. He odes good work for the people that pay the big bucks but for the ones that pay the smaller jobs he really os worthless. His name is Matt Riner.
