They were great. It was just one person came out to complete the work. It took one hour to do the work. It was on the top floor, so we had to haul everything out and haul everything down. The worker was great.

It went great. I've used Joe's service for years. He always does a great job.

Joe was fast and efficient. Noted it would take longer to set up and take down his hose system than it would to actually steam clean the carpet in one room. Yet he did it all in less than an hour! And it looks great and my wife is no longer talking about replacing it!!!

I scheduled the appointment a few weeks ahead of time, and ended up needing to move it back a week--A1 was able to accommodate me with no issues. I made sure to schedule it for a time when the townhouse would be empty, after all furniture had been moved out. I was told Joe would be there around 1 PM, he called just before noon saying he was ahead of schedule, and asked if I could meet him. I was able to meet him at the townhouse about 15 minutes later, and we walked through looking at trouble spots--in a couple places, he asked about the origins of the stains. The carpets were new when we bought it, and had not been cleaned in 6 years (including 2 years with dogs). About 2.5 hours later, 90% of the stains were gone, and the few that remained were barely noticeable. He even got out detergent stains in front of the washing machine. I was very happy with the quality of the service and would not hesitate to use A1 again in the future.

The difference was like day and night, as he cleaned we could see how much greyer the un-cleaned part was compared to the cleaned.

We had lots of spots from spills and pets that needed special attention throughout the carpeted areas. Plus there was a small area tracked with red play-doh that was a real concern. Some spots I had treated with spray-on carpet stain removers. Sometimes it removed the stain but always left an ugly circle of stain and cleaning product, which I think is typical for white and almost-white carpets. All the stair steps were grungy on the edge of the step. They had been "professionally" cleaned previously but never really looked clean. Joe Ray got our carpets clean and looking brand new. The carpets were not stretched as you sometimes see when carpets are cleaned. We did have to give Joe a call to request that he return for some new spots that appeared as the carpet dried. He didn't mind a bit and explained that liquid can actually soak through the carpet into the padding only to surface upon cleaning. Joe made the spots go away and they have stayed gone. Did I mention we have young grandchildren? I no longer have to worry about their messes, even spots on the upholstered seats of the dining chairs are something Joe has assured me he can take care of when the time comes. It's inevitable. By the way, our home is about nine years old. We have been here six. As long as Joe is in business I will no longer fret about white carpet. Also, we won't wait so long to call him the next time we need him. Joe Ray deserves our compliments and our appreciation. He is thorough, painstaking and neat in his work. He is considerate of you home and furnishings and professional, professional, professional.

Cleaned carpets that we thought were beyond cleaning (we'd tried a grocery store steamer with no luck). Made them look like new.

Our white rug was disaster. We have had it for some time and it had collected a number of stains and looked so dingy! The rug is noticeably brighter; we are quite pleased.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by a large carpet cleaner (last 120 days). Joe was able to clean my carpets like new. The tile in my bathroom never shinned so complete. My ten year old couch and love seat looks brand new.
Joe is extremely knowledgable and customer focused. There is no corner cutting when he performs services.
A1 accepts debit or credit card. Huge advantage in today's electronic age. I will most definitely use A1 again. Most strongest recommendation.

Cleaned a very dirty carpet in one of our apartments. I didn't think the carpet was redeemable. He was cheerful and professional. He did a beautiful job at a reasonable price.

A-1 Carpet Cleaners arrived when they said they would, did a walk-through of house noting stains that needed special attention, items that I wanted moved for cleaning, and provided a final cost before starting work (which was under the estimated price). Joe worked non-stop until finished (approximately 4.5 hours), and provided helpful information for maintaining my carpets. A=1 Carpet Cleaners did an exceptional job! My carpets had not been cleaned in eight years, so I was not expecting a miracle...but my carpets looked like new when finished. I am thrilled! I was also very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and the care they displayed. I will definitely hire them agai
