This is a small company very responsive. I got a quote from the owner very quickly with 3 different options and a lot of explanations helping me to decide on my best option .
Once I accepted the quote I got a set appointment to perform the work .
The owner and worker showed up on time and were very friendly. All the work was done the same day and they explained to me in details how to work the "high tech" thermostat, when to replace filter and what should be the maintenance routine.
I was also told about my extended warranty option.
They left the place very neat and clean.
It is definitively a company I will stick with.
