We are certified installers for the Insinkerator instant hot water dispensers. Getting in touch with the company didn't work on the phone, I used the company website to leave a message and the scheduler got back with me.  She was very pleasant and returned calls and worked with me to get the  plumber to the barn when I could be there. The plumber and the helper were also very pleasant.  I got a bill for the part, the helper, and 2 hours.  (less 10% labor for new customer discount)  I called to discuss the bill, but the phone was not answered and the call not returned.  I sent the the amount I figured was due (part, 1 hour and helper) That got me an email.  Can't say it was pleasant.  So they'll get the remainder due (with 10% labor discount, I'm a one time customer).

These people are nice. They helped me an enormous amount just over the phone.  If you are in the Northern Virginia area and need help. These are the people to call.
