His name is Juan. He's a really good guy. He was working with my old furnace for a long time. Finally, it just went kaput. He gave me a really good price for the new one. He came back the next day and installed it. We use him for all my family's houses. He's just really fare. He doesn't talk to me like I'm an idiot. I'm a single woman and I nought a house. A lot of people talk to you like you're an idiot. He always explains to me clearly. I understand him and understand the cost of things.
