The plan was ok, but he wasn't customer service oriented. He was not helpful and not very responsive when I tried to contact him.

Mr. Boyd came over the very next day, and he quickly performed calculations on load, etc. He was extremely responsive to our concerns and gave us several alternative solutions, one of which exceeded our expectations as to aesthetics. When we have need of an architect for a bigger job someday, he will certainly be called again.

He is very clever at designing in a way that blends with your existing home. He's also very quick in his turnaround of designs. While he would come up with clever ideas, he was also very good with going along with what 'you' the customer wanted.
