Horrible.  First, I did not receive paperwork on the account when I expected.  I called them and got a person after over 30 minutes on hold.  I explained that I had not received anything to start the fixed monthly payment, and the first thing the "service rep" said was that I was past due on the account.  Quite some time and effort later I had convinced him that I would like to pay if only they would send me information - address, account number, etc.  They could only send me paper, in the mail.  The web site did not work because they had so much information wrong, and they are not capable of sending email.  It took three calls to convince them that I should not owe a late fee for their mistake.  And even then, they did not follow through, and charged me again.  When I called to get a correction, they claimed that they could not change an invoice, so if the invoice showed a fee they had agreed was invalid, there was nothing they could do about it.
Since then they have repeatedly charged me late fees for payments made early and inexplicably increased a fixed monthly payment.  Every time I call it's the same routine.  They are hard to reach, and when I do get through they are rude and aggressive, demanding payment and refusing to explain why I owe late fees for something paid on time.
I am paying off this account and will never use then again.  Worst service every in any industry.
