I called for an estimate and was told the person who does it wasn't available.  They took all of the details of the job, and said the estimator would call me in about an hour.  I didn't hear back that day.  Since I was on a tight timeline, I called back the next morning.  Turns out they *did* try to call, but the person who answered the phone wrote my number illegibly so they couldn't reach me.  I'm glad I called back because they turned the job around within two days (I expected 4-5) and I'm pleased with the quality.  I will be using this vendor again - just ask them to read your number back to you ;)

They do a really great job. You call and tell them what you want and they produce it. Jerry is the one I always deal with, he's fantastic.

Wall's always bends over backwards to be of help, to ensure you're comfortable with the finished project, and they have been available at a moment's notice to do quick-turn jobs that other printers won't even consider. Their pricing is in line with competitors and their quality is top notch. I have used them many times before and will use them again and again.

The staff, Gerry, Martin and Susan were wonderful.
I knew nothing about designing logos or making labels for my product.
They walked me through the whole process.
I just email them my needs and they come through fast and beautiful.
I think their prices are very competitive for the quality work they produce.

We had a manuscript of about 150 pages to print for which we requested two copies double sided in color. We were extremely pleased with the result. Great care was taken to get the cover just right as well as the rest of the pages. We will definitely use this company for future printing needs. This is a small business that cares about its customers!
