Wall Master LLC

We hired Wall Master to paint my elderly mother's home and it was one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. The whole process starting with the initial estimate through the final close-out was highly professional. Chris is trustworthy, has a great demeanor, and is a pleasure to work with. Chris and his team are incredibly detail-oriented and take great care from preparing the house to impeccable clean-up once they are complete. Chris fixed issues from the previous paint job as well repaired wall issues from the previous owner. The house has a lot of trim and wainscoting and Chris and his team did an excellent job in painting the house so that it looked like new. Also, the house has a lot of high ceilings and they replaced all of the light bulbs, which was a big help! Chris and his team genuinely care about the quality of their work, their prices are competitive, they have an excellent work ethic, and they are great to work with. We highly recommend Wall Master!

Chris is the most knowledgeable painter I have ever met. He has a thorough knowledge of the right materials required for doing a particular job and prefers Benjamin Moore paint as do I so that was a plus. He was very professional and also patient when I asked questions regarding what he was doing or requests for something to be done a certain way and did not complain when I pointed out imperfections that needed to be fixed. The basement looks really great and it was a true pleasure working with him.

Excellent. Wall Masters LLC owner said he mostly does interior painting, deck work is very weather dependent, but he loves to work outside on the decks. He gave a very fair price, and I am very pleased with the results. He was only company i called (I contacted 3) that would strip the deck and deck railing. Previous homeowner had painted deck. Wall Masters LLC owner made sure approved HOA stain I requested was applied. One company would only power wash, the other wanted to tear it down and build a new one! I would recommend Wall Masters LLC for deck and fence staining.

Chris is easy to work with and highly professional.  I am 200% satisfied.  I received a great job.  I would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him.

Chris came out to give me an estimate. Was very professional and courteous. Came out a week later to paint our foyer/entrance wall along our staircase - which required some very tall ladders given the height. They sanded the walls first to ensure an even surface. The outcome is fantastic. Incredibly pleased and will be calling Chris again to paint some additional rooms in the house. Would highly recommend.

Chris and Matt did an amazing job. They were professional, on -time, and cleaned up after them selves every day. They were great at hearing my concerns on patching a few spots on the walls and even before I could ask a question about something Chris already knew what I was going to ask. And knew how he was going to fix it. They were great at communicating, open to questions, I asked lots, and redid the ceiling edges and cut arounds where they thought it was light or they missed a spot. They removed all the light switch plates, I like that they didnt paint around anything. They took the time to make sure everything was right, as if they were painting their own house. I highly recommend them. And the estimate he gave me before the job is what I paid when it was done. No surprise charges.

Perfect. We liked Chris from the day he came to estimate work. He is easy going and direct, I liked that. I had about 5 estimates on the work that ranged from $600 to $2500. This was an insurance claim and we'd already had the claim adjuster estimate the work at apps $900. Chris's bid was right on that AND he didn't try to pump up the price (the $2500 bid was a guy who said he had to replace the entire ceiling drywall and crown to make it match The work was completed in 2 days, including the 'extra' of the walls. And it's just perfect. I've done a lot of drywall myself and I challenge anyone to find Chris's patch. Wonderful job!

Chris did a fabulous job. He is quite knowledgeable, and he spent a lot of time discussing the project with me. Accordingly, he was able to beautifully execute my plans.

After meeting with several painters, Chris by far provided the best first impression.  He was very personable and well knowledgable about his craft.  He spoke openly about his work experience and gave great suggestions regarding the most cost-effective ways to paint our condo.
On the paint day, Chris and his partner actually arrived on-time and ready to work!  The job was also completed on schedule.  
After completion, our condo looked flawless and brand-new.  He was even able to patch several holes we had in our drywall.  And even after several days of examining his work closer, I could find no issues.  It was evident that Chris took his time and did the job right.
It's not often that you can find a contractor that's as punctual and professional as Chris.  I'd highly recommend him for any future painting jobs.

Today, Chris is removing wall paper in several rooms, sanding and preparing the walls, and repainting. He also is doing some painting of paneling in my basement. He and his team do excellent work. I don't even have to watch what they are doing because I know when they finish, the room will be perfect. I am in the process of getting my house ready to sell, and Chris is helping me out with that.

They were extremely polite and took great care in preparing the floor area.  There were 2 individuals and they worked like a well oiled machine.  They were meticulous in everything they did.   I can't say enough about the quality of work.  It took one day to complete.  I have gotten so many positive comments on my 2 rooms and will defintely hire them again in the near future. 
In my opinion I would rate Wall Master LLC an A++++.

In cleaning the deck, Wall Master LLC used deck cleaning solutions (2 types) as they prefer to NOT use a power washer because of potential damage to the wood.  They did a great job of covering surrounding areas (house siding and plants) to protect them from the solutions.  They also used a lot of "elbow grease" in manually completely clearing out debris between all the deck boards.  They presented numerous options for stain color.  To provide drying time after each phase, the entire job involved several visits.  They scheduled in advance each visit based on my preference, and then called on when they were on the way the day of the visit..  I prepaid 50 percent of the cost and the remainder after completion to my full satisfaction.   The personnel were always courteous, prompt, and performed full clean-up after each visit.  Several days after completion, I received a follow-up call from them to confirm that I was fully satisfied and that nothing else needed to be done.  All in all, a wonderful job, exceeding my expectations..

He came when he said he would. He did the work promptly. The product was high quality.

He did an excellent job - had to do some color matching to old paint. Stripped, sanded and resealed my garage doors. I can certainly recommend him.
