We have hire USA Kitchen Expo for our Kitchen remodeling project. They have a great showroom with real display that you can see exactly what you will receive. They are very professional with reasonable price. Their project manager and team were professional, responsive and know what they are doing.They did a great job on time. We love our new kitchen and will enjoy with family members at Christmas. We are planning to hire them again for our bathroom remodeling after the new year.

Initially they did not give me the drawing but eventually they gave me the drawing so it turned out alright. I did not use them anymore than what the deal was for.

The person who showed up was very friendly. He asked me some questions and took some notes. I received the 3D design about a week and half later even though it was promised 4 days after the service.

Everything went fantastic! I cannot say enough about Dwain and USA Kitchen and Bath staff. Although they did not do the actual work, they were very invested in how everything turned out! They kept me updated on the arrival of the tile and times for pick up. The vanity cabinets arrived later than I expected but he worked with me and was able to get the fabricator for the vanity top out there as soon as my contractor installed the cabinets to measure and the top was delivered and installed within a few days! There were minor issues with the sills for the shower walls and Dwain worked his magic to get that resolved.
I could not have asked for a better experience than working with Dwain, Sarah and others at USA Kitchen and Bath and their vendors! I would highly recommend them even if you do not use them for the actual work. The only reason that I did not use them was a family friend did the bathroom renovation in addition to other work in the house and it made sense to use one contractor for everything. However, they were so impressed with the service I received from USA Kitchen/Bath they will recommend their potential clients to go there for their kitchen and bath needs.

Hasan, our sales person, was easy to work with despite his newness. When he had questions or needed support, his boss was quickly at our side. Both men provided outstanding customer service. Even with the coupon I had several color choices. I was also able to see the slabs from which my tops would be produced.
I had a very tight time line and they were able to completely exceed my expectations.
1. Templating the spaces happened within a week of signing the contracts. They did not need to remove my countertops and there was NO disruption in my life unlike experiences with other companies.
2. The installers came out 2 weeks later. Everything was relatively quick and easy. The installers cut the holes for faucets and cooktop on site. Be sure to prepare your home for this (remove everything out of your cabinets and be prepared to wipe everything down afterwards). It generates a lot of gritty dust. it's not a big deal if you work it into the plan. That said, the holes were perfect and our cooktop is in the exact right location.
3. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase plumbing reconnect. It was SO convenient to have everything started and completed in one day.
4. I have a family of 5 and can't afford to be without a kitchen or bathroom for more than a day. This was a MAJOR driver for us other than the EXCELLENT price and selection. USA KitchenExpo exceeded our expectations. My kitchen is now beautiful for Christmas!!
We are renovating our master bathroom early next year and we will be using USA kitchen expo again!

BEAUTIFUL! My bathroom turned out beautiful, and we had an excellent team helping us. In the design studio, Sarah F. helped me pick out finishes and coordinate design. The finished product looks so well designed and put together - I wish I could share photos on Angie's List! Dwain D. gave us a spot-on estimate and took his time to truly understand what we wanted. Dwain was involved in the project through the 2-3 week schedule. Sean T. was our project manager and he visited our home multiple times through the week to make sure the team was on track.
We had a few hiccups. The drawer pulls we selected didn't fit the cabinet face properly, and the frameless glass shower door delayed the finished product a few days. A positive point, though, the team remained focused on customer service and worked through each "hiccup" to reach a very beautiful, well built finished product.
I wish I'd spent a bit less, but I can't complain with the final outcome. If you are looking for a high-end master bathroom on a budget, I highly recommend USA Kitchen & Bath.

Not only were the results fantastic the experience was painless. They started and were practically finished before they the official start date. I now have two gorgeous new bathrooms! Dwain was easy and fun o work with. He took care of every little detail and more!

We came across Usa Kitchen Expo at the home show and set up a time for a design consultation. Patrick showed up on time and helped us to create the most functional lay out within our budget . After visiting their showroom in Chantilly we decided to hire them . Project started on time as promised . It took 3 weeks from start to finish. Sean was the assigned project manager and he listened our needs and answered all of our questions . Crew could not be any better. They arrived on time everyday and clean up before they leave . We truly recommend Usa Kitchen Expo to everyone . You will definitely get the best customer service .

The guy came out quickly, and on time on 03/10. We spent about 45 minutes with the measurements and discussions concerning what we needed in the master bath. I was supposed to have received the plans in 2-3 days, and I had to call and email him for several weeks to get the plans. What I eventually received on 04/07 was unacceptable, not at all what I wanted or what we discussed during the original appointment, and I could have done this myself with a pencil and a ruler.

I purchased a big deal with them, and they emailed me right away to let me know that they are not licensed in the state of Maryland, therefore I was unable to work with them. I appreciated their quick response time.

USA Kitchen Expo did a complete gut, design and remodel of my master bathroom. I had 4 estimates and they were the lowest bid, but the quality of the bathroom is outstanding. While I had some ideas of what I wanted, Dwain made suggestions that really improved the outcome. The workers were committed to quality, asking for my preference for things like the height of the shower jets. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and there was not nearly as much dust as I expected. They did such a great job, at a reasonable price, that I am looking forward to USA Kitchen Expo doing more work in my house

I contacted USA Kitchen and Bath to have the wall in between two closets demolished to form one large closet, install a glass wall shower door/wall, and a sliding pocket door at the entrance of the bathroom. The USA Kitchen and Bath representative, Paul Little, visited February 23, 2015 and asked to provide time to draft the estimate of work requested but promised to get back to me in a few days, then the following week. I waited patiently, by March 14, I received a call from Paul asking "what exactly do you want us to do again? Your closet and what else?" It's hard not to wonder if this is a reflection of the responsiveness, importance, and type of work that will be placed on the work done in my home if we ever moved forward. It is possible the job simply wasn't big enough to render considerate and reliable service of just an estimate - much less for the actual job BUT if that was the case it should have been noted up front in order not to waste anyone's time.
