I have bought and sold several properties in my life and Tom is far and away the best realtor I've ever had. He also created top-notch marketing materials (tri-fold brochure, one page brochure, professional photography and video) that really highlighted the home's best features. Tom knows the business cold, never gave me bad advice and helped me sell a $1+ million house in the off season in a flat market (2015.) The bottom line, not only the best realtor I've ever had, but the best service provider of any type I've experienced. Period. I very rarely write reviews especially when my name is attached, but in this case, the level of excellence was such that I feel compelled to reward it in any way I can.
