The Home Depot

It went great. They showed up on time. They did what they were supposed to do. They had a crew of 3 people, I think, so it was easy to schedule. They came when they were supposed to, brought all the stuff, did the job, and took everything away (all of the stuff they didn't need). They took out carpet and installed hardwood flooring.

It went very well. I did the installation myself, but they brought all the appliances here and took the old appliances away. Actually, we had to move the old refrigerator to the basement and take one out of the basement away. They did a very professional job, did everything that I asked, and they came when they said they were going to come. I am very happy with what they did.  Their prices may not be as good as I could have found, but I did have great prior experiences with Home Depot and they will stand behind what they do. I have had experiences with other places, in the past, and they don't always do what they say they are going to do, or do it at the right time, or want to charge extra for things. I would rather just arrange for it, know how much it is going to cost, and get it done professionally. Home Depot doesn't haggle. They have a price, you pay the sale price, whatever that may be, and that's it.

They are very attentive. They have what we need. We have not any issues since we have been going to them. They actually have everything that you need, especially for a new home. I like going there. Their price is reasonable and comparable to everybody out there.

The Home Depot I'm okay with them buying stuff. We do our own research we know what we want going in it's more a comment on the delivery and installation guys and they do an excellent job, very fast and efficient. They do it right the first time. No problems with them at all. GE does the installation. I feel their pricing is reasonable. Everybody is pretty competitive in that market.

It's a convenience kind of store where you can buy little things here and there but the two most important things that we bought were the dryer and washer. The salesman was really good, he went through everything to explain to us which model was good and which model I should go with. He delivered the items which seemed to be good on hand too. The appliances having been working well, I have no complaints at all.
