+ 0 moreRecently Thadson flooring installed about 1600 sq ft of wood flooring and a wood stairway in our home replacing carpet and old wood flooring. From our initial meeting, John Locke, Manager demonstrated a professionalism, attention to detail and care about our home and specific concerns which far surpassed representatives from three other companies. He visited our home several times during the project to ensure our satisfaction, coordinated with our kitchen and railing contractors to avoid delays and followed through in addressing any concerns. Thadson's installation team led by Carlos was outstanding from demo day to finishing touches. Carlos is a perfectionist who takes great "old world" pride in his work and he treated our home as it was his own. They were better than competively priced and we couldn't be happier with the final result.

+ 1 moreFrom start to finish, this was a great experience. The price was fair and there was a great selection to choose from. Once we decided what we wanted and placed our order, there was little wait time for it to arrive and we were scheduled for installation shortly thereafter. The installation guys were professional and courteous, as well as being respectful of our home and family time. Our floors turned out beautiful and we were so pleased with the workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for our next project. Great job!!!
Description of Work: Replaced our carpet and linoleum throughout our first floor with engineered hardwood.
