Disappointing experience and I didn’t even purchase any services from them. •I wanted to have three vehicles detailed, paint corrected and apply crystal serum ultra if Speedfreaks thought that would be the right option. •I drove 50 minutes one way on a Friday morning and when I arrived at 1130 no one was there. •Called the number on their web-site and asked Brain if I was at the correct location as the name of the company on the front door is not Speedfreaks Detailing. •Brian tells me yes I am at the right location, but no one will be there for an hour and can I come back later. •When tell him no, due to the fact that it took 50 minutes to get there. -His response was “that’s too bad I should have called ahead to make an appointment for an estimate”…SERIOUSLY! -I was very surprised by this especially when one has a potential client that wants to drop a minimum of $ 3,000 (my estimate) -He then asks if I can come back on the weekend…which I had to decline as I have family matters to deal with on the weekends •I think I expected to much from this business because if I owned Speedfreaks I would have offered to come to my house to do the estimate by appointment •As we say in Car Sales I don’t think Speedfreaks is Hungry •I am leaving this review to tell Yelp users that if you want estimate from this shop, be certain to call ahead to make an appointment. Brian Lewis responded to my email with an invite to the SpeedFreak Detailing shop.  When I arrived, he asked me questions about what kind of protection I wanted on the car.  He then presented clear options and discussed the pros and cons of the various paint protection films, ceramic coatings, and what he recommended having treated.  The car also need paint correction to remove swirls that the Chevrolet dealer had caused while poorly applying polish during the Pre-Delivery Inspection.  I decided to wrap the car in Suntek film and have Modesta ceramic coating applied.  Both Brian and John are car guys and really went out of their way to show me several completed cars that were awaiting owner pickup.  They also told me what to avoid since I'd just be wasting money.
The results were superb!  My car is not only protected, but has a much higher gloss factor and looks fantastic!  Well done!
I highly recommend SpeedFreak Detailing.  These professional-level films and ceramic coatings demand expert application/installation for best results.  Brian and John's passion for excellence will blow you away!!

After seeing some of Brian's work on numerous car forums I emailed him about getting Opti Coat applied to the paint and wheels of my new car. He promptly responded and we got the job scheduled within a few days. I dropped the car off with him at 8:30 in the morning and he had it ready by early afternoon. The car looks spectacular!
Brian does all kinds of detailing from a basic wash to extensive paint restoration and polymer clear coats. He obviously takes pride in his work and is very knowledgable about all the products and processes out there.
