When I went to Safe and Sound, Jesse was awesome. He and his staff researched a few options for me which included a new unit or getting a repair on my current unit. Jesse got me a flat rate quote on the repair (no surprise cost changes) and stuck by it. His team removed the system and sent it out for repair. I got it back much quicker than anticipated and everything works great!! He and his staff were very nice and did great work. Highly recommend these folks!!
This is not the first time I have had outstanding service from Sand S. The remote starting system on my wife's car was acting up. Sand S quickly found the problem and fixed it in a couple of hours. Service was great and cost was minimal.
