Short answer? I was delighted by the outcome and will use them again in the future with Angi's list deals and in a pinch without.   Once we agreed on a date I was asked to send a brief email with work scope.  I simply used Googlemaps to do screen grabs (since most of that area could be seen from the street on each side of my corner house) with arrows and brief instructions to set expectations and do my part to insure that they brought the right equipment.  A supervisor and a worker showed on time, did a quick walk about my property where I was able to highlight anything which became pressing just before their arrival.  They brought their own lawn waste bags, I lent them my special rake for dealing with thick layers of pine needles (Radius Garden 400 Ground Hog Circular Rake - the only solution for pine crap and spreading mulch), checked on them every so often (had others power washing the deck) and after last walk-through they were gone.  They pointed out other areas where they could help (tree cutting, shrub trimming, etc.) and I will keep them in mind for all.   They got into areas which I didn't even think of doing because of possible time constraints and my back and front yard are better for it.  I liked the following in addition to the items mentioned before - 1. Half way through we evaluated their progress (they asked for it, not I) and I had an option to shift gears if needed; 2. There was no hard sell, just a recommendation; 3. Got me thinking about where I may use them next - possibly do a late fall clean up and spread rubber mulch, etc.   p.s. they were great sports - deck washer apologized repeatedly for getting some overspray on them and wetting leaves they were collecting. :)

 Carlos, the owner, came out to give us a free estimate.  He is a nice young man, easy to work with, well spoken, and  professional.  His crew is polite and respectful. They were responsive to what we wanted and how we wanted it.  They cleaned up the area well afterwards.  We are very happy with the results, and would recommend them to others!

I purchased the deal on Angie's List because we have a tremendous fall of leaves from our trees throughout the autumn season.  We attempted to get them up ourselves but could not clean up the yard adequately.

Rodriquez Landscaping came and cleaned up the yard in record time.  It looks fantastic!  What a difference a professional makes! I will certainly use this company again to maintain the landscape on our yard!
