ROBINSON PAVING

After paving  our driveway in the fall of 2011 I immediately  contacted the contractor because there was a low spot in front of the garage  that allowed water to pool and took several days  to evaporate. This low spot  was the  main reason I had the contractor repave the driveway. His staff suggested we wait till the spring and they would reseal the driveway which they hoped would cure the problem. They did return and reseal the whole driveway but the water still pooled after each rain. The came back several months later and resealed the area that was pooling water, but it did not work. I have pictures show this problem from the day after the paving was completed to date. I have shared them with Mr. Robinson office staff. I have made repeated attempts to contact Mr. Robinson directly over the last year by phone and e-mail but to no avail. His office staff initially returned my calls and e-mails saying that Mr. Robinson would look into it and would get back with us, but he never has.
The last couple of e-mails and phone calls have not  been answered. We are now left with a large pool of water which freezes in the winter and during the rest of the year provides a means to track water into the garage and house.
I would not recommend this contractor to do any work for neighbors or friends because of his failure to follow-up on work not completed properly and failure to communicate directly with the customer.
