The original interior stairs had deteriorated over the years and needed to be replaced. The stairs were removed and they replaced the stair casing in about three hours time. They returned on schedule to finish out the trim and painting. Beautiful job. Very Service Oriented. Price was for Installation Only. Actual Stair casing was a separate cost: $1200. The cost was just to replace the stair casing, Replacing the stair railings, newels, balisters was done by a different contractor. Overall, I'd highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work Prospect Development Co Inc did for me. They tore up the existing flooring throughout my house. After that, where the old hardwood floor had warped they replaced it with a new sub-floor, and then laid the new laminated flooring. I was very pleased with the job they did and the amount of time it took (two days). Also, a year or so later when a new issue with the sub-floor arose, they quickly responded to my need and fixed the floor yet again. Excellent service!

Mike and Jodi were super responsive and very easy to deal with. Our floors had been done shoddily five years ago and were a mess. Tons of rabbit cuts and not enough stain and no poly. The job Prospect did was perfect. They were super easy to deal with.

From the first meeting to giving the last payment, Prospect Development was very professional and punctual. Our HOA made us change the deck plans several times and Chadd was understanding and very helpful in adjusting what he had to in a timely manner. Prospect Development did everything from calling Miss Utility, taking care of all permits, setting up dates for expections, to taking away all the extra materials. Absolutely nothing was overlooked. The only person not helping during the construction stages was old Mother Nature. It rained everyday but one and on the only day they had, the crew really hustled to complete the deck by said due date.

Prospect was referred to me by someone who installed a new heating system in my townhome. I got a few other estimates which were similar but decided to go with Prospect because of the referral. I'm very glad that I choose them. This is a family owned business and one of the owners was very much involved in all of the work. He was my primary contact, was easily accessible by phone, responsive, and had a group of people working on my job that he was clearly in constant contact with. The guys who did most of the work were professional, reliable, and knew what they were doing. This included the supervisor (really great guy) who did a lot of the work and supervised others, the electricians, and the granite installer. They cleaned up after the work each day, and the entire job took, as I recall, less than two weeks. I trusted the staff completely and let them in the house on occassion when I wasn't there. The work is beautiful. Everyone loves it. I'd defintely use Prospect again and recommend them highly.

This is the second time I have used Prospect for their services. They have done interior decorating work and painting in our home in the past and we were glad to use them again. Once the materials for the deck arrived and they got started, the work took less than a week. We are very happy with the quality of the work. The staff at Prospect is always friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The Prospect Development team was amazing. Great attention to detail, recommendations and prices. They finished the work very quickly (2 days) and on budget. I love the work and will recommend Prospect Development to EVERYONE! I only wish I could share photos.

The project looks great from a few feet away. However, their detail work was very poor- using different types of trim in different areas, leaving gaps, poor work on the corners. Also, it took a couple of months- they would come, do a tiny bit of work, then come back the next day and do a tiny bit more.
