Pohanka Chevrolet of Chantilly

Recently purchased a 2025 Chevrolet from Pohanka. Very pleasant experience. Our salesman Aiden Hoover was well informed regarding the vehicle and its features. He took his time explaining the numerous options as well as setting up the OnStar and our phones. He made sure we utilized all the rebates and discounts we were qualified to receive. He made sure we understood everything on the vehicle and followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy. Kudos to Mr. Aiden Hoover our salesman and thanks too to Mr. Stephen Bobersky. I would encourage anyone looking for a GM product to go straight to Pohanka.

They gave me a nighttime discount of 15% off. I like that they are open until 11 o'clock at night.

They treat me excellent. They are fantastic. I like that they stay open until 11 o'clock at night. It's not just a night shift mechanic, it's a good mechanic, so I feel comfortable taking my car there after hours. I would absolutely use them again. I only go there for my truck.

Front brakes and rotors and new manifold and they replaced my cat converter at no charge since the car still had an exhaust leak. I am thankful they stood behind their work and even gave my wife a loaner truck . Thanks

They told my father that it wasn't their fault we didn't agree with him spoke to a manager the service manager had them take off one and quot;faultyand quot; caliper and replace it at no charge but I would have to pay for well ends up they changed the hose as well and charged me for more brake cleaner that i payed for on ticket from sat i feel the tech was not knowledgable or it was a bait and switch
I had been using pohanka Chantilly for all 6 of are vehicles $1500 in december on astro van 2600$ on Malibu in may 2013 2800$ on Tahoe in may not to mention my Hhr 2200$ last december 2012

These folks are great - I changed service providers because my previous provider was letting us down on service and quality. They are helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. We take our Chevrolet SUV here for everything. It's farther than our previous provider, but completely worth it.

Buying the car was fine. We paid cash so no feedback on financial services. They will try to sell you all sorts of add ons. That when it feels sleazy.

My big problem is that they will not stop sending me emails for sales even though I have made multiple requests and have unsubscribed again and again.

If you go here DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL!!!!! I have been very upset with them about this.

Their service is great. They are good people to deal with and are very accommodating.

They fixed the problem because the fuse box melted. The problem was that, I headed there earlier with an electrical problem but they couldn't find out what was wrong with it so I think that was it. They didn't find it in time.

I think they are good. They were responsive to my request for service. They helped to take care of a door latch that was broken. They basically helped me take care of it in a lower cost manner than I was expecting. One of their guys named Mike Seed is very responsive. He called me a couple of times and made sure that what they were doing is what I had asked for and was not pushy on adding on any service items. All the good rating I am giving is all because of Mike Seed, because I have had some other ones that I could rate differently. He is the last experience I have actually had.

We stopped using Pohanka Chevy in Chantilly several years ago because they were wanted to grossly overcharge us for a very simple task that even I, as a layman, could perform. The job was to adjust the wiper arms on my older model Jeep (yea you guys know me now don't you? Bring it on). They wanted $200 just to research the job. That means $200 to make a few mouse click in the digital mechanics manual and read a few sentences. How do I know that? BECAUSE I OWN THE DIGITAL MANUAL.
Last month we decided to give the company another try because we actually enjoy the customer service. So I received a call a short while after leaving the truck. The rep and quot;CJand quot; gave me the cost of the oil change and the small part that needed to be replaced. I gave the authorization to proceed even though I wasn't happy with how much it was going to cost me.
I was called after the service was performed and notified that the truck had a and quot;significant oil pan gasket leakand quot;. The cost to replace it was...$700. I told them and quot;Thank you but I'll have to look at the budgetand quot;.
We had an independent mechanic check the truck out. I watched as he used a can of brake cleaner and we talked for 15 minutes. We crawled under the vehicle, he looked. We looked under the hood and he gave his diagnosis. He said, and quot;You don't have a leak. Whoever did the work poured oil down the side of your engine to make it appear as though there was a leak. Here is the trail of oil from the side of the block to the oil pan. There is no leakand quot;.
Still skeptical we let the truck sit for several days in the driveway and looked underneath periodically. There was no oil leak. Not a single drip. Two days ago my wife and I noticed that the truck now pulls to the right. Just to make sure you read that correctly, the truck needs an alignment after Pohanka changed the oil. It's likely they tweaked the camber too.
The likelihood of us visiting Pohanka Chevy for a vehicle, valve stem cap, cookie or tissue is about as high as the likelihood of a meteor landing without making a crater in the middle of a Minnesota corn field at 8:31 AM on a Friday in August next year after a yellow dog takes a dump on the fifth weed to the left of the first corn stalk on the east corner of the field in the second county after the state Capital during a Derecho.

I was pleased with the salesman. He went out of his way and was kind but he was very slow. The finance people were fine as well. In regards to the keys, when I found out that the keys cost $300 dollars I was taken back. They gave me an extra interest remote and an extra key for free. I was taken back by how kind they were.

They were great. They did a great thing for me, I told them to just put a nail in it for me as long as it went back up, I didn't care that it didn't go back down. I liked that they didn't tell me that I had to get that fixed.

I have a very old car that I've spent too much money on. I wanted to figure out what was wrong and find the cheapest way to fix it or decide not to fix it and just junk it. They were able to come up with a way to fix it and it was reasonable. Specifically the window wouldn't go back up; so they got it up once and locked it in place. I am not going to use that now. They were out of the ordinary. The people there were great but I don’t remember their names. They are not cheap.

They do a very good job for me and I am very happy with their service. They are also very conveniently located.

We always take our vehicles to this company to have them serviced when needed and we would highly recommend them to others. They are very honest, dependable and helpful. They always keep us informed of any problems and what needs to be done. The garage area is very clean and organized.
