As mentioned above, Greg has done several home inspections for us. For the one that occured in 2005, we had already waived the home inspection contingency clause but still wanted Greg's help and assurance about any potential issues that might come up. He was and continues to be so good that I would never purchase a propery without his thorough examinations and insights. He has extensive knowledge about all components within a home and will gladly take the time to explain even the most mundane details to the potential buyer. My wife and I both have been highly impressed and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
