I’ve used this business multiple times in the last year. I’ve used them every couple months since it’s just me and my husband and dog and we’re not that dirty. One of my problems I have with this business is the unresponsiveness. I’ve had 2 times now where they didn’t give me a time they would arrive to my house, even though I called before the day of cleaning and emailed. I ended up missing a time because I was still at work (I work night shift) and was not home by 8am when they arrived. And didn’t respond to my emails/calls about not getting a time and was charged anyways. The second thing that I have a problem with is the quotes that they give you. They will charge by the hour, which is fine, but I keep track of when they’re there so I know the amount I’m getting charged. This last clean they were at my house for an hour and 15/30 depending on when they parked/when they started the clean. I even have on my ring camera when they arrived and left. The cleaning ladies lied about when they arrived and left, so I’m charged for 2 hours. The company is unresponsive to this claim as well. I’m sick of the runaround. All I needed was the bathrooms clean and the main floor where the kitchen is cleaned. Nothing else. And it’s outrageous what they want to charge me now compared to last year. Sorry but we will not be using this business anymore

We have it done on a quarterly service. On the price, I would say an A because we got rid of our other service because when the other service raised their prices they went up 38%. They came in and did a really good job and if my wife is happy I am happy. I asked her did they do a good job and she said: "They did a great job.". So, there you go, happy wife, happy life!

1) When vacumming, the cleaners ran into a very expensive piece of furniture and damaged it. This was a rookie mistake (they are professionals so should know this will happen if you are not gentle).

2) When I first met with Steve, I had mentioned how important it was for me that my wood floors be cleaned well. They do not clean the floors, they spot clean.

3) The final straw was when I noticed the housekeeper took the clean sheets I laid on the bed and put them away instead of changing them (the only way I knew was that I didn’t have dirty sheets in the laundry basket, looked, and found the clean sheets in the closet which is not where I put them (I put them in the drawer)).
4) When they dust, they move things but do not put them back the way they were so I always had to clean up after them.
I stuck with it for about 6 cleanings, but finally cancelled it due to poor service. They were very rough with my things (lots of pounding/banging, etc.).

They always to do a great job and I have no complaints.

Molly Maids is extremely unreliable and unprofessional.  I used them for a few months, and I had to complain several times about incomplete cleanings (rooms not cleaned or not vacuumed).  They also managed to break at least two items in my home and set off the alarm prompting the police to arrive on at least one occasion.  When I complained--on more than one occasion--the manager (Janet) was extremely unprofessional and rude, stating simply that if I wasn't satisfied, I should simply look elsewhere for cleaning services.

They are very reliable. I haven't had any problems with them. They send in a great cleaning team. I trust them. They respond to my needs and are very flexible. I have used their services for several years.

They were professional, prompt, efficient, and did a wonderful job.

The service was dependable, and I will use them again as soon as we are settlled in our new home.

I would not recommend this company anymore, especially in light of their unprofessional attitude in dealing with cost factors.  They are great at juggling difficult customer's schedules, like mine, but it's time to move on and find a better quality company that is more economical in pricing for the job.  They need to upgrade the quality of their vacumn cleaners, and instruct their staff in vacuming to the corners, not just in general space.  Overall the quality of the cleaning is acceptable, but since they changed my cleaning team, they don't dust the way the former team used to, and it shows.

We have been using them regularly over the past five years or so. They have a good team with them. They are very thorough and come out when they're supposed to. They do the best job that they can. We pay them every other week. We have had a good experience with them. Our experience varies depending on the team that comes out to do the work. They are flexible when it comes to scheduling. They are also fairly priced.

One of the maids placed a bottle of Windex on my wooden dining room table. The bottom of the bottle was damp with the Windex. It left a deep stain. I complained to the manager/owner, and she said that "it was my own fault, because it was my Windex bottle, and not their own cleaning product". I was persistent, and the woman finally said that they would pay for only half of the refinishing of the table top, because it was "my fault!". This was after 5 or 6 years of cleaning service by them. I fired them.

Overall Molly Maids did an average job of dusting and cleaning the windows. They showed up promptly and went about their work immediately. But that's about all the positive I can give for them. For starters neither cleaning woman spoke English at all. So telling them what I wanted done was extremely difficult. Secondly I had to ask them at least 3 times to complete cleaning the kitchen which, ultimately, they didn't do. The cabinets were in really bad shape with a lot of grime, but all they did was dust them. Furthermore I contracted them to clean out all the cabinets and drawers, they never even attempted to get it done. I wound up having to do all of it myself which took about 3 hours. Finally, they work very, very slowly. Since they bill at an hourly rate I believe they try to milk every bit of it. It took them approximately 5 hours to basically dust appliances and "swiffer" the floors. Quite honestly, I could've done all of what they did in about 2 hours. But given that I was moving in I felt it was worth my time to pay a crew to come in. The last straw was settling the final bill. I mentioned that the crew did not do all the contracted work, that I had to go through and do it myself, but they did not offer any resolution other then they'd be happy to come back out and try again. Which, since I already did it myself, was unacceptable. They still insisted on charging me the full amount. I did not pay the full amount, but it was a lot of headache that I didn't need while trying to move into my new house. Plus they insisted upon using my credit card for payment instead of a check, like I'm going to give them a credit card number after all these issues. In a nutshell I believe them to be a very shady outfit. The manager comes across as extremely arrogant and that everyone is out to cheat him. All I wanted was to pay for the services they did do, not what was in the contract because they didn't do everything I contracted for them to do.
