As usual he did an excellent job. He obtained the exhaust fans for us, installed them, and figured out why a bedroom light was buzzing. Actually the bulbs were buzzing (because the remote, which we bought separately, has two, not one "on" buttons-I was pressing the one for "dim" but the bulbs we had in the fixture did not support "dim." I just gave him some bulbs to switch out and not only did the buzzing stop but now I have two actual settings for my BR lighting. Mike had done all of the electrical work since we bought our 1964 house in all its original glory. I plan to have him install an attic fan in the spring.
